Just a nice choice for a fleeting moment in Manaus with great value for the money. The rooftop pool had fantastic views of the opera house, made relaxing there a highlight. Be aware of the stairs at the entrance if you bring luggage.

missingWrote a review on 25 Octmaintenance issues
Issues in the room included a clogged sink that overflowed, a jammed shower door, and a noisy fridge that disrupted sleep. The rooftop bar was unstaffed, and sun loungers were found with bedbugs. The restaurant experience was equally perplexing, with an empty table that was somehow unavailable and menus that looked worn and poorly cared for.

The fantastic rooftop pool offers amazing views, perfect for enjoying a sunset with a drink. Impeccably maintained facilities provide a welcome respite after an Amazon adventure. Staff training could be better, and language barriers were noticeable for those who don't speak Portuguese.
